The short-term role of "Rico Perez" is being played by Maximillian Alexander.

Katie and Henry arrive at their hotel suite in Hawaii and find that the place is a complete hellhole. Lots of comical scenes ensue. Soon, we see a passionate "almost"-lovemaking session between the two, but a faulty bed interrupts them as it plummets to the ground.

Rico arrives and Lucinda asks for him to take a seat. He asks Ms. Walsh if she's ready for his services now, but Lucinda stops him mid-sentence, threatening to tell the FBI everything she knows about him if he continues to follow Craig Montgomery, despite her orders to call off the hit. Rico fires back that he will out Ms. Walsh as the woman who had a hit put out on Craig. Lucinda dares him to try, calling his bluff, and saying that she's sure Jack Snyder would believe her over a convicted felon any day.

Emily arrives at Andy's apartment upon his request. Emily tries to apologize but Andy, his pride a little hurt and his heart as well, changes the subject and tells Emily that John and Roxie should be coming over any second. Emily inquires as to the reasoning behind this double date and Andy asks Emily to just trust him.

Lisa arrives at Gran't hotel suite with Emma and two security guards. Emma confides in Lisa that maybe Grant's eviction will be the last straw for him and he will leave town. Grant answers the door with Dana right behind him. Grant takes the time to introduce Dana to Lisa and Emma again and then assures both ladies that he and his daughter are on their way out. Emma and Lisa rejoice as they watch Grant and Dana walk off, but are puzzled when Grant winks at them both before turning the corner. Later, Emma pulls up to her house and is delighted to see that realtors have found someone to occupy Mr. Humphrey's old house. As she gets out of her car, a familiar voice echoes across the way, "Howdy Neighbor!". Emma cringes as she sees Grant and Dana entering their new home...only a few hundred yards away from hers.
