Paul is shocked when James tells him of his plan. He agrees to help his father, but alone, tells himself that he will never fall for his father's schemes again and claims to have the upper hand in the situation. James soon returns with a guard's uniform and releases Paul from his cell. Things look if'y when a guard catches the two and asks where James plans on taking the prisoner. James comes up with an excuse and the two look to be in the clear until they come face to face with Barbara.

Holden and Lily discuss their vow renewal ceremony and soon start talking of Luke's problems. Holden says that they became way too caught up in their own problems to notice Luke's downward spiral. Luke comes in and asks to go out with Kevin, explaining that they're going to Metro to look for jobs. Holden agrees and Luke leaves. Holden and Lily begin making love, but are unexpectedly interrupted when Lily becomes sick.

Maddie and Casey are at the Hughes' house when Maddie brings up her brother's latest wacky idea about forming his own TV station. Casey explains that it took years for Kim to gather all the funding and sponsors and is just now paying back all her debts. He asks Maddie just where Henry plans on getting the money to form his own TV station and Maddie says Katie.

Katie can't believe that Henry wants her to sell the gym and give him all the money to form his own TV station. Henry comes in and begs Katie to re-think her "no" answer and even offers to go make her a partner. Katie finally agrees but tells Henry that he better not make her regret this. Later, Katie gets a call from Mike, saying that Mark's surgery went roughly and his stay might be pro-longed a little more than expected.
