TWO STARS MAKE BIG RETURNS!

The blog is very excited to announce the return of two fan-favorite characters and actors that should leave DAYS afficianados jumping for joy!

Arianne Zuker (Nicole Walker) and Thaao Penglis (Tony Dimera) will be returning the show this November and December, respectively. "I'm so excited to be writing for these characters again. Nicole is going to be back and better than ever. Tony will be redeemed and reformed to his former glory of the 1980's and early 1990's. His character was destroyed by James E. Reilly, and it's about damn time he was fixed!"....says the blog's headwriter. "They are both going to be front-burner from the get-go, and they will both be on contract."

"Nicole is going to be back to reclaim the love of her life. It's not Austin. It's not Brady. It's not Victor. It's Eric, but he has his hands full with Annie Douglas right now so expect some big changes in that story. Also, Nicole is going to learn a shocking secret that's going to change her life."...says the writer. "I was anti-Nicole for a very long time, but the last 8 months or so of her long run, Ari really impressed me. She is someone I want on this canvas!"

"As for Tony, I have my work cut out for me after the way Tony left the show and his last year in Salem. It's unfortunate, but it will more than likely be explained that it was all Andre's doing once again. Tony is going to interact heavily with the people you'd expect - Stefano, John, Marlena, Kristen. He's going to find real love and romance this time though. Fans are going to just *DIE* when they see with whom!"

"We're definitely keeping things fresh this fall and November Sweeps with some big cast changes. Between October, November, and December, there is going to be a cast-purging. Don't worry though! No fan favs will feel the cut of the axe!
