If Dixie goes after Kate, then it will be incredibly selfish and cruel of her. We dont know how Annie got her but it looks like it was legal. She's had Kate for 4 years and she's the only mother she's ever known. Its not like she's a baby and taking her away wont affect her. This is something that they will have to consider bc its cruel to take a 4 year old away from her mother. She doesnt know any better and Dixie is a complete stranger to her. She could traumatize that child.Annie seems like a decent person and a good mother so I think her place in Kate's life should be considered. She doesnt have a father right now so I think Annie should come to some agreement with Tad bc he was cheated out of his rights, thanks to Dixie. Dixie made this mess and everyone is paying bc of her. Here are 3 lives she could potential screw over with her selfishness. Kate is happy and with a good mother that loves her. Dixie should think about her daughter's well being before deciding to rip her apart
