I thought today's show was pretty good, It was great to see Lucinda starting to get to the bottom of the Damian situation(lets hope it is soon) Mike and Katie were just sick and boring, is there nothing else these two can do but make love everyday. I loved almost everything in the Murder storyline, I am convinced that the person committing the murders is not Maddie. It was also nice to see Margo and Tom together today.

I'm a Matie fan, I will admit, I'm sick to death of them making out all over the place. I know the writers could give them more to do than getting busy everytime they are on screen.

Speaking of Katie, when is she going to be happy with what she has? She fought tooth and nail to get Mike back; now that she has him, she should be happy. But now that Simon is in the picture and will be working with Carly, Katie is once again going to get all up in their business. First off, if she's with Mike, it shouldn't matter where Simon lives, or who he's with, romantically or work-related.

Now on to Lucinda...I'm glad she snapped into Damian. Everything she slammed at him was the truth. Too bad Luke is just like his momma, always believing a thug over their own family members. Luke is going to learn the hard way about who Damian really is. I do expect Dr. Kreeger to return (either by possible blackmail for Damian, or by way of Lucinda and Holden). I can not wait till Lucinda and crew slap the daylights out of Damian; but I'm assuming we have to wait for Martha Byrne to return for this story to pick up the pace.

After watching today's episode. I am more than convinced that Eve has a big role in what's going on with Maddie. In one scene, as she was confronting Maddie about where she was, her hair was wet, which means she took a shower, which to me means sister girl isn't on the up and up about truly being there for Maddie.

Second; I'm thinking that Eve's husband Louis is already in Oakdale, lurking about, spying on Maddie. Why do I say this, when it's said that the actor who will play Louis won't be on till the 28th? I'm thinking that when Eve told Henry that she was going to stay in Oakdale to help Maddie, she immediately had to call to inform Louis that she was staying and why. Louis could have easily slipped into Oakdale to "observe" what's going on with Maddie.

I'm thinking either Eve is doing the killing and setting it up to frame Maddie (as a way to keep her from remember the rape, depending if she witnessed the attack by Louis) or Louis is both Maddie's rapist and doing that murders as well as his way to keep Maddie from talking.

Holden should have let Lucinda call her friend at the State Department!

I am glad they included Tom in with the Margo and Casey scenes.

I have thought that it was Maddie's brother in law.I don't know, they may throw us a curve and make it be Dallas.

Ehh, I can take Matie or leave them. They are like Paul and Emily--filler for the good stuff to complete the hour.

I love that Lucinda is being smart. That is the core of her character. She just needs a hot young stud. Give her a love interest!!!

Simon and Lucinda would be hot. They had loads of chemistry together. B) I also always thought that a Lucinda/Holden pairing would be really good. It would give Lily a run for her $$$.

I'm sorry, but I think all of the older single characters need love interests, even Nancy! ;) I'm sick of only the stupid 30-somethings having romance...IMO, they're all boring anyway. Maybe it's because The Golden Girls is my absolutely favorite TV show, but I definitely don't have a probably listening to "old ladies" talk about sex.

Mike and Katie are definitely filler for me, and unfortunately, as long as Simon and Carly circle their orbit, so are they...

Ms. Walsh, just a little OT for you...You mentioned last week about Lisa being like a Golden Girl, and you mentioned the story where Blanche, Dorothy and Rose all had their heads frozen....Well, that same day you made mention of it, was the night they showed that episode.

Oh what filler material Matie have become. A waste of airtime, imo.

I also think that Louis is the rapist/serial killer and is already in town keeping an eye on Maddie and doing anything to keep her quiet and frame her for the murders taking place. So far, I really like Eve and I want them to keep her on. I like how they are slowly working in the Colemans on the canvas and I think that she would be a great addition to the show.

Monday's show was the first ATWT episode I've enjoyed as a whole in months.

Even Lucinda didn't bother me with her Holden-worshipping and Damian-ranting. I LOL when Luke told Lucinda of Damian "He's a good guy" and Lucinda replied, "He's a good-looking guy, yes but good?" I love how honest she is!

I hated this current teen scene and never got all the hype they were getting (I still don't when thinking about their previous stories) but I was actually interested in the Casey & Maddie scenes today. While Lia's actual death scene was full of cheesiness...the appearance of her dead body was haunting. The girl still had her eyes open... I thought Zach Roerig did a great job today (I thought I'd never say that in a million years)..he played panicky and scared stiff really well. Maddie's attitude still annoys me..I know she didn't kill Lia..and as much as I dislike Margo, I enjoyed seeing her bulldoze Maddie because the girl has had it too easy for so long in terms of dealing with her problems (aka avoiding them like the plague).

I don't see Simon & Carly as filler at all. Love them, love them, love them! :D I felt so bad for Simon seeing the way he reacted to Carly telling him about how he manages to turn big dreams into nightmares. Everyone constantly reminds him of his mistakes and I think he just got fed up with it..good for him. He shouldn't have to take so much crap for doing a lesser crime while others walk while committing bigger crimes. <_< It was nice to see Carly notice his reaction and explain away her insult by saying she just wanted to be independent. I really liked the way they dealt with both characters in these scenes.

Just when Matie can't get any worse...they were the only spoiler of the show for me but like everyone said, they were filler so they didn't really bother me. Okay...it does bother me because their scenes are soo contrived (I can't believe no one has mentioned how bad and fake it looked when Mike accidentally hammered his fingers)..what a waste of precious airtime!

Matie=filler I really think the writers have no idea at all what to do with these two

Gosh how I adore Henry and Maddie scenes, all the Coleman sibs are great

Simon and Carly are interesting and fun, a great change of pace for awhile

Maybe when it comes to Matie the writers just want to give the audience (or Matie fans at least) these little love scenes to make up for the time Matie weren't together. A little calm before the inevitable storm.

ATWT did cast the Coleman sisters well, didn't they? Henry's always been gem, and I think TPTB recognized that they really needed actors who were sharp and present to interact with him. While I'm missing cute and bubbly Maddie, dark and disturbed Maddie is sure being played well. I really hope the killer's not Maddie's brother in law. Having people figure out a murder mystery the day after someone's been murdered (or even before Lia was murdered) does not a good murder mystery make.

Goodness christ...Matie was completely unnecessary yesterday. We didn't need to see them until Carly stopped by their house at the end. It is beyond me how a stubbed thumb could lead to sex-on-the-partially-well-not-much-at-all-extension-of-the-Matie-house.

Carly Simon was good. I'm going to use that couple name to death because I love the singer. Anyway, they were good. I like that Carly's keeping her guard up, but she's also doing what she feels she has to do. Simon is witty little bastard, ain't he? I love him.

Lucinda...my darling...she was back in full !@#$%^&*] mode! I loved how brutally honest she was throughout the whole episode. And I love that she was a major character in the episode as opposed to having one or two scenes then going to tend to the girls. She drove a lot in this episode and it's always awesome to see Liz H. at work. There's just such an air about her that is unescapable and I think that's what makes her a lovable character.

Okay I have two questions. Why is Damian trying to look like Prince? And...in Friday's episode...did he buy Luke a fricken VOLVO? Couldn't spring for a Mustang?!

The Casey/Margo/Tom stuff at the country club was amazing. I hope Ellen Dolan is happy right now, I really do. In her letter to fans, she plainly stated that she wanted the writers to remember both sides of Margo: the mother/wife/sister/etc and the cop. This storyline is absolutely the perfect way to show off both of those parts. Zach Roerig has really, really, really come a looooooooong way and hopefully there's no turning back. He, Ellen D. and Scott H. work well off of each other and that's perfect for a family.

Maddie is staying with Eve now? What happened to her staying at Lisa's? She's definitely milking this whole thing for what it's worth, even though I know that it really isn't her fault (well...). I think she needs someone to snap her back into place and get her mind clear.

I'm kicking myself in the head right now for getting lost in the episode counts last week. I'm just wondering how many episodes Margo's been in so far.

All Mike and Katie do is have sex, there's no substance to their relationship at all. IMO they really don't seem to know alot about each other.

Yeah they cast Eve, Henry & Maddie's sister, I like her so far, her interactions with Maddie & Henry have been great

Did anyone else notice the slashermovie music they kept playing over scenes involving the murder? IMO, it made everything damned creepy (which, I'm sure, is the effect they were going for). I definitely think that while this storyline is going to have it's more straightforward, dramatic and serious moments, this story is intended to be more of a "serious" slasher movie. It's almost like F13 with good actors and deeper characterizations. Unless this one turns too campy, this could be a winner.

Oh yeah, the music was freaky. I like how they had it overlap with the sponsor tag. It definitely sets the tone for the story.

Matie aren't even barely filler. They're less than filler. I don't get the purpose of them at all.

Keep them from Simon.
