I totally agree with Anita30. I am 100% on the side of the mistress. Sharon may pretend to be wounded by Nick and Phyliss, but deep down she's just wishing that she had had the guts to sleep with Brad a long time ago. She does not love Nick any more than Nick loves her. They need to just end this sham of a marriage and stop the madness!

I also believe that Nick is in love with Phyllis. He may still love Sharon, but not in that way that he loves Phyliss. I wish he would just be honest with himself and let go of that skank wife of his. He'll never be happy with her, and she'll only continue to torment him.

Ok so I don't hate any of them yet. I usually love Nick and Phyllis but I didn't like Nick touching and rubbing Phyllis in his office like that when it could have been Sharon that walked in and caught them. I wish he would just make up his mind who he wants or just keep away from both of them until he makes up his mind. And if that's the reason why he ran away then he should have been man enough to let Phyliss know the paternity before taking off, he owes her that.

Didn't you do the same exact thing when you brought up Phyllis going after someone else's husband before? Phyllis and Nick will NEVER be able to be mentioned without mentioning Sharon because she's the 3rd party in this whole mess. The same way Ashley will forever be tagged to Victor and Nikki. If you bring up what they do, the other is going to come into play. Especially when they're on the show weeping and whining knowing they're just as foul as the other. This applies to all parties involved. It's obvious peopel are going to make the connection that it's all teh same no matter how you spread it.

How is anyone minimizing what Nick and Phyllis have done when by all accounts everyone watching (and posting, myself included) has called every single one of them hypocrites, liars and whores? Now if you saw some posts I missed where people are acting like Nick is a pillar of commitment and Phyllis is the Virgin Mary while Sharon is Satan's own personal concubine, let me know. The closest any of them get to being Biblical is the fact they named their son NOAH.

Casey, I don't get how you say it's viewer manipulation having Sharon sleep with Brad when she was interested in him BEFORE Nick slept with Phyllis. As I've said many times before, the marriage was 100% over. It was just a matter of time before one of them cheated. This is why I really don't look at Nick OR Sharon was the bad person in this.

If there was any viewer manipulation it would be having Brad and Sharon wait so long to have sex because with Sharon not being part of a core cast, there could be a backlash and they need Sharon Case. By having Nick take the fall, you still get the interesting story moving and he's a Newman so he'll be around.

Sharon already had a past of cheating, why would she need to cheat with Brad when it looks like she may receive some sympathy from the fans? Why didn't she cheat the same night Nick and Phyllis cheated...it's not that hard to see that Sharon sleeping with Brad was a way to take away some of the sympathy from her. I read and reply to all opinions, I don't need people to agree with me. I never said I didn't want to read the replies...but believe me, I will post and say I disagree when I.Disagree....if I wanted everyone to agree with me, I would go to another board and post a Nick and Phyllis Haters thread. *Inserting myself in the discussion peacefully* Casey, I can see your point, but the reason I don't see it as viewer manipulation, is because that is exactly something Sharon would have done. Sharon has a history of sleeping around when she gets hurt. She also has a history of cheating more than Nick. And it made sense that once she slept with Brad and had one cheat up over Nick, she could be okay. Thats why she could be nice to him and try to get back with him, beside the fact that Brad made it clear he didn't want her. To me, that fits in with the psychology of the character. That she would have a need to get revenge, because Sharon is the type who has to have men after her. And if the man who is supposed to be after her the most cheats, she would have to get back at him. Psychologically, Sharon is the type of person that always has to be ahead.

Nick has cheated on Sharon 4 times now (3 if you don't count his drunken screw with Grace). Sharon has cheated 3 times now as well. And one of those was after drinking and practically a rape where the guy beat her afterwards. And Sharon has never had a months long affair.

Sharon slept with Diego, Cameron, Brad, and Kissed Victor, one of her greater sins in my opinion. She cheated 4 times. That is what I meant about Nick having an incident over her. And just because Cameron turned out to be an abuser, doesn't negate Sharon's intent.

Kissing Victor is not like Nick having sex with 2 women numerous times. I don't believe Sharon had much intent with Cameron at all, she was drunk and he took advantage of her.
