Sheila used to be a nurse, if I remember correctly, I would love to see the look on Lauren's face when Sheila's the nurse in the delivery room assisting the birth of her child. So it's totally possible, it would be interesting to see Lauren having all this interaction with a nurse... only to realize when she's giving birth that it's Sheila, that she put so much trust in.
