But WHY couldn't CBS have offered to get him out of his CNN Deal to host the Evening News there?! He would be a lot better to look at than Katie Couric. And a lot better news reporter. This makes me wonder if CBS plans on cleaning house and getting rid of all the oldies at 60 Minutes for the upcoming fall season?! Andy Rooney will not like that. LOL.
