Now Rocco is having family dinners with the Obrecht clan. This is so damn stupid and such an insult to his parents that actually loved and raised him. So annoying.

Omg Jason spilled the beans sooner than I thought about joss being WSB!!

Nathan being involved at least maps out the next part, I suppose, as if he is Faison or a Faison puppet he would want another way to be able to cause problems for the Spencers.

This story would have more impact if Lucky was around or if Laura was more involved, but what else is new.

Hopefully this not the end of the three diva's?

Absolutely not, Alexis just flat out told them Ric will be coming to get revenge against them all.

Would they consider Gerald Hopkins

Personally I think it only works with Kanan at this point. The show needs recognizable Quartermaines with ties to the original characters. That history combined with the way SK plays him, especially the way he was doing it in that last return, are the only way it works. What is needed is both things- an actor that falls into place because of the history, and is capable of making him a leading man. Warlock is a good actor, but he didn’t bring out those qualities enough. And Hopkins is a footnote, although when he was airing and I was a teenager I did like him.

Kanan is pretty outspoken, I don’t know if he would be willing to play the kind of ball Valentini would toss his way for a bygones return. Both AJ and David accomplish similar things- they bring natural conflict with them, and reignite two women who are just drifting along right now- Carly and Anna.

I saw a bit of Ric's explanation. Rick Hearst's delivery of, "I joined a cult!" genuinely made me laugh. I hope the show keeps working out whatever arrangements they can for him to stay around.

@carolineg Another day, another count. 🤣

I know.  I can't believe Rocco was dining with THEM.  I genuinely hate the entire clan!!!!

@DRW50RH's delivery did make me laugh too.  I wasn't expecting that.

-- Rocco is a ridiculous, disturbing child. If GH thinks this whole thing makes Britt likeable, they're crazy. Rocco is the dumbest kid on all the soaps.

-- Ric Hearst is a treasure. The whole cult thing was hilarious. I don't even care how absurd the entire storyline is.

-- Can Laura Wright EVER play an emotional scene without YELLING through it? Her reaction To hearing about Joss's WSB involvement had me reaching for the MUTE button.

RH had me dying as Ric made up the most batsh.it story ever.

Rocco is about to be on ff duty for me going forward. How can the show think him treating the woman who stole him from his parents to trap a man and her family like some poor put upon extended family. Obrecht calling Nathan his uncle🙄

You know I could almost see the Rocco thing if he was looking for a mother figure after Sam died and Lulu was still in a coma.  But at this point he's more interested in Britt than his own mother that was in a coma for however many years.  You could almost see the wheels turning in Nathan's head thinking "Who is this person?" lol.

Ric was pretty funny as were the other ladies.  I still think Ava, Alexis, Kristina and Ric deserve better than this wacky story-and yet I am still enjoying it.

Yes, that's my issue - there's a story to be told, it just has not been told properly as they don't want to make the effort.
