Way too many, as we've said all along. Which is why I would send away a number of them or kill others off. Charlotte would be de-Spencered, Donna would be nuked and you wouldn't see Avery, Scout, Amelia, Ace, or Bailey til 2035 for all I care lol. Aiden would have a smaller role, James and Wiley would stay little kids and please God can we rename Wiley some nickname or something.

Half these kids appear so infrequently I forget they exist. Georgie, Bailey, Ace, Leo-even Avery.  They are on a few times a year.  GH should do that old sitcom thing where the middle child disappears after the first season and is never spoken of again to cull some of them.   I'd be fine with that.

They should have renamed Wylie back to Jonah.  I don't love that name either, but it's better.

Same. Ridiculous I had to rack my brain on several of them.

Same. And since these writers do not feel like building that up, best to send them away until writers come along who want to.

I am still perplexed as to why Jake and Aidan have disappeared.

Same. But as has been mentioned...agendas.

I'm I the only one who thinks crybaby and Chase are going to 🪝 up?

You're not the only one. I think the show has been dropping unsubtle hints about an impending Chase/Willow hook-up for the past couple of weeks now. The only question is what the fall-out might be.

I definitely have noticed the uptick in Chase/Willow scenes. It has potential.

And BLQ slapping her MIGHT be worth it.

Emmerdale has the same problem. They killed one off last year and just barely even show any of the rest and they still have too many.

I've been rooting for Willow to steal Chase and bust up that Mormon marriage for ages (and then dump him from the show) so I'm all for it!

Weakest point was the cartoon intensity Passions-level acting by the Gio actor and his stale storyline that should have ended right after the Nurse's Ball.  He is the worst actor on the show currently and even the younger actors playing Rocco and Danny are more subtle and natural in scenes.

-- Others have already commented on this, but I honestly don't know what you're watching. This is such an overreaction that it does seem like bait.

The actors playing Rocco and Danny are recent, but they're no better than Mazza, and let's face it, GM has charisma and presence that they don't have.

-- I do have to LOL at Gio's work as a lifeguard. He has time to hold long conversations with pool guests and never even glances at the water to see if Kristina is taking another plunge into the pool.

-- Different strokes and all that, but I don't have a problem with Tanisha Harper. She does fine in a role that doesn't ask for all that much. She's a perfectly serviceable soap actor, from looks to talent.

-- Josh Swickard? Also great soap talent, and that face and body will always get him work on TV movies.

Same. And Jordan was coming alive with Isaiah so alas...

But when they ask him to express anger and resentment (as in his scenes with BLQ), he tends to be pretty one-dimensional. He's got a very limited set of "angry" facial and vocal expressions, and it often doesn't feel natural. Of course, he's still growing as an actor, but it does make me hope that Gio reconciles with the Q's soon, because this storyline is not playing to his strengths.

Given how the actor started out before he found his groove, I bet he will find his groove when it comes to angry in time.

Yup, it's utterly depressing how Trina's storylines--and, seemingly, her whole sense of self--suddenly revolved around Kai, a character who 99% of the audience couldn't care less about. I feel like the only time Trina has been used well in 2025 is when she teamed up with Emma and Gio to prevent the Quartermaine crypt from being bulldozed. She should be mixing it up with the other young characters, and they need to give her some spunk back.

And that is just sad if that's the only thing Trina has done in 2025. Smh. They were better off having her get with Kai and then her aiming at his BFF who TA had better chemistry with anyway. I also wouldn't have minded their more organic love/hate they had going on.

She should. And as said above, I could see her with Gio, Kai's friend as troublemaker, and Emma as their own unit. And she would get her spunk back for sure.

But also said above...agendas.

I tried to watch Jordan's scenes today and pay attention to see if I like her more, but I still don't understand her plan or the fact she had to buy a new home so Sidwell wasn't suspicious.  That makes no sense.  She'd be the most useless character on the show today, but ADA Turner was around and Sonny was flirting with her😑

Anyway, Chase loves a damsel in distress and Willow is a prime candidate.  I was hoping for more Willow/Drew shenanigans but that can come later.

I really think Brook Lynn needs to chill out about not having a baby until things with Gio can be repaired.  She's putting her and Chase's life on hold for something that might never happen.  She needs to give it time instead of harping on it every conversation.

And, yeah, Gio isn't a great lifeguard, but maybe Donna will drown and @Vee will get their wish.

Drew is awful lol.  I had to laugh when he told Molly they'd never see Scout again.  That's so extreme.

My gut tells me it is Jerry Jax.  He has a history of locking doctors up in a lab and demanding that they do research and produce results.

If it is not Jerry, then I suppose it could be Lorenzo Alcazar.  That would be a lot more interesting, and unexpected.  It could lay the groundwork for Sam to be brought back, since they have history and she is someone he might be inclined to kidnap.

Here are a couple of other possibilities:

Drew Cain.  Maybe he really has gone that far to the dark side.  Of course, maybe Drew is actually Shiloh.

Morgan Corinthos.  Who knows how far he has spiraled without his meds?

You know what? We are overdue a Jerry Jax visit. lol. And Alexis ain't doing anything really so I would be for that.

Same for Alcazar.

Don't even bring up that Drew rumor. Keep Drew bad. 😜

but he's just a very selfish one, a guy who's able to swallow his own rationalizations about how he's doing what's best for his daughter even as he causes her pain by keeping her away from her family.

THIS.

In a show that's loaded with cartoonish supervillains like Sidwell (and whoever Britt's "big boss" is), Drew has managed to emerge as the show's true villain, but almost all of his villainy is mundane and domestic. Today he hit a new low trying to use his parental rights to keep his child away from her grandmother and brother. But his previous low came when he tried to make a little boy believe his father didn't love him anymore. And before that, it was his constant "love bombing" of Willow. All of which are quite realistic acts of everyday villainy and which, to judge from the reaction online, engage and enrage the viewers a lot more than any of the outlandish schemes that characters like Peter or Sidwell or Victor Cassadine came up with.

In a sea of over-the-top and/or propped villains, he really stands out. It's been a while since we just saw a powerful (but not to the point they can do anything) villain like Drew. And the transition from just hate to love-to-hate has been a masterclass in this case. At least for me. I can see why people are engaged because what he has done (chasing an unavailable woman, manipulating a kid, not honoring a dying woman's last wish) is relatable.

He really does. And Willow loves to be saved.

BLQ better watch out.
