I am loving the Christel Khalil interview. I didn't know she was so fun, engaging, open with her journey, and quick with her humor. This is the first time I've ever seen her personality on display. I'

It was awesome to see her personality, and it kind of makes me wish that was allowed a bit more with Lily. But alas, I doubt it'll come. Plus, interesting to know she auditioned against Raven-Symoné.

I smiled the entire episode... gosh I love these girls and their old memories of AMC.

I loved that Elizabeth wished she could have been the first kiss with Bianca, but TPTB wanted the side character Lena to be, just in case there was backlash. Thank God we've come a long way since then. But man she reminded me of that hot hot hot Babe/JR/Jamie threesome haha.

Lily has been stuffy for so long, and it was a breath of fresh air to have her put Victoria in her place. We need more of that.

Raven-Symoné was definitely the better choice of the two. She has the bigger personality of the two, which that role required. But all worked out for both. I'm glad Christel never quit. That's a lesson we can all take from.

In the lead-up to her maternity leave, I was enjoying a harder Lily. And I'm glad that is not entirely gone now that Khalil is back from her leave. And I agree the right actor was chosen for the series. But per Khalil, it sounds like the original show was reworked to adhere to Symoné, and makes me wonder if the original character was different.
