Members MontyB
Was re-watching a previous episode on my DVR and kept thinking Smitty reminds of me of Millhouse. It's not a bad thing, that's who always comes to mind. Please register in order to view this content Edited 12 hours ago by MontyB

Members alwaysAMC
LOL! I mean, it was slowly getting there the other day with Naomi/Jacob, at the end of their bed in a basket, but you could see it in the shot while they were cuddling. It wouldn't be a stretch at this point Please register in order to view this content

Members Vee
I love Smitty's wacky Star Trek vest tops. They make him look like one of those guys who they'd always come across running a starbase or something. The bullying storyline is well-intentioned but tedious at present. All they do is sit around talking about what is happening offscreen with the weird mix of very current or at times very cringe youthspeak combined with Bell-style expository dialogue. It could build by having Martin or Smitty (or both) end up in an altercation with either one of the bullying kids or an ásshole parent which ends in grievous bodily harm or a death, possibly with Tyrell or Samantha in on it. (Seriously, it has been 20 years, why can we not cuss on this forum.) Then that could create another cover-up which ties into Martin's current secret.
Members Paul Raven
Great idea. They wouldn't even have to go that far but just some sort of conflict with the kid and or parent to provide some action along the way instead of talk. It could be one of those parents in denial types eg My child would never do anything like that' or one that is a bully themselves. And maybe tie it into another character . Maybe the bully is the child of a client of Nicole's and she has an insight as to the family dynamics or Naomi is working with the family at Legal aid. Something that would intertwine personal and professional.
Members Taoboi
That just looks cute. I like this. Or perhaps the bullying storyline leading to this (an ahole parent) with Martin will lead to our first real reveal of what Martin did...well, total recall to the audience of what he did that is a secret.
Members Paul Raven
Wouldn't they have airdates scheduled for what they're taping? And have all relevant holidays in the mix? Ladies, there's way more you should be focusing on !
Members Paul Raven
Just rewatching the climax of Monday's show-Anita finishing the song-and then a quick fade. NO! This is a big moment for Anita-the beginning of her embarking on a return to singing and they should signal that to the audience with a lingering closeup and then fade.
Members Contessa Donatella
Me, personally it just so happens that I am at good places with my soaps. Not great, but definitely good. That applies to GH, DAYS & of course to BTG. I have no great expectation of this continuing. Maybe so, but maybe not. I'm just trying to roll with the punches, So far so good. I do not have any kind of regret over my enthusiasm in the beginning of BTG. I still believe this was the best launch of a new soap I have ever seen. Since I am a DAYS fan, not being unhappy might seem strange but the show is better.
