• Jacob & Naomi cannot crack this easily; I get both POVs, but Jacob was just doing his job, and we can't be mad at him for that.
• Eva already imagining herself included in the family?! Okay, girl, I see you. Dana isn't going to be happy about it.
• Wrongly arrested? Bill made the accusation, and Jacob had every single right to act on that. I can see it now: the Duprees really do believe themselves as untouchable, and people in their inner circle should be expecting the same.
• As I previously stated, the friendship group between Dana ("Leslie"), Jan, & Mona is a nice switch-up. It's refreshing. Just hoping it's genuine on Dana's behalf.
• We love an in-house elevator!
• Bill definitely has no fear of going up against the Duprees. I do admire that about him.
• Nischelle Turner is doing a fine job in the role of Linda; I wonder if this'll be an on-going guest role?
• Mental deterioration? Whew. That's a statement. The Bill vs. Dani in terms of responding? Oh, I love this kind of editing. That creates momentum. Manipulative serpent?! Oh, that's a sound lashing!
• Marcel Malone?! Oh, this man is about to be a headstrong partner for Jacob. I get the sense of either a dirty cop or a no-nonsense cop.
• So, Chelsea's couple isn't a "situationship"? We love to see it. But again?! Has she done this before? Is she a poly girly?
• I have to say that it's nice seeing a police department look and sound like a police department.
• Dana, Eva, and Ted are all beginning to show cracks. I love this. It's going to be a juicy fallout. Is this what's leading up to the May Sweeps reveal we've been teased?!
• So, does Jacob not wear clothes when at home?! Hmm... but another new flashback?! Oh, this is awesome! Adding some depth to Jacob & Naomi's relationship.
• Caroline & Hayley are nice together; I'm just hoping it is genuine between them.
• Oh, we do love a label-less woman! Yes. And Martin is queer? Interesting. I also appreciate that Katherine is not into it but wants to hear about it. Loving this. It reminds me of how I saw some of my cousins growing up in terms of closeness.
• Yay! It looks like Jacob & Naomi are back on track where they should have been the entire time.

I thought Jacob said he is nothing like Bill?  That's what I saw him say to Naomi.
But there are a few scenes that I missed during my phonecall so perhaps I missed Jacob saying the opposite.

No, he said he is just like Bill but went on to explain how they differ. Bill uses his drive for evil and Jacob uses it to uphold the law

Reading the recent posts, looks like I mised a *lot* in the few minutes I missed.   That's actually awesome.  I love it when things happen!  Okay I'll do some chores and then rewatch on PPlus.

I understand that Dani/Bill have great chemistry. But for character progression, I I would not pair them back together. They are obsessed with each other and too toxic.

Doesn't it feel amazing... having something that you rush in to see and wonder if you missed something. We are all like little kids again.

I have this 6th sense... that I hope I'm not right... that Eva might not even survive this storyline. It's just a vibe that I hope I'm wrong about. When things spiral out of control... I think Eva might die in some sort of accident... and that will make Silkpress even more determined to... an eye for an eye. 

I don't think "Ted" is Ted. This show had numerous articles promising twists among other things. I am reminded of two past soap storylines. One on Y&R and the other on All My Children.
