They are arguing over the wrong thing. The issue shouldnt be that Dani was arrested but that Jacob didnt warn her. Seriously he should have told her so that she could have brought Dani in to the station to surrender. He did not need to show up, put her in cuffs and take her away in a cop car. He is being an unreasonable a-hole
