I thought we did know that they are/were not friends off-work. I know she stated that Avery Pohl was/is her best friend. To me the birthday attendance or not is a non-issue. I just opine when people seem to attribute high-falutin' stuff to a guy who is just another regular working actor, which I am not putting down because it is a remarkable thing to be. If you ever look at the SAG stats on percentage of actors who have work during any given year it shows that big-time. But, he is not a god.

Jason claiming to be the father means that Sasha's baby will be a Quartermaine while not harming Michael's divorce case. It works out. Will there be a marriage of convenience between Jason and Sasha?

Given Sasha's strong statement that the father was not involved & she was doing this on her own, why would she accept Jason's offer?

It is very juvenile and seems like something this regime has always loved to do (even before PM came and went) just to go with a very cliche vision of Tracy. Yes, the writing has upheld her in some ways recently but these scenes and the rest of the household/Deception rolling their eyes and going 'ugh, Tracy' has continued ad nauseam. It drives me nuts and I don't care about Sasha enough to tolerate it. And no, I do not believe anyone in town will buy that Jason just randomly catted around to knock young Sasha up.

LW sells it with Brennan but she always sells everything. The dude is still just a lame dayplayer to me with no reason to still exist, same as Natalia.

I do think the negative social media about NAC started when he left the show, and it's always been ridiculous.

His off-screen "personality" apparently isn't warm enough for some people, who want him to talk about GH and former cast members in every interview. I don't know why he's getting the snark from people who paint him as an arrogant, selfish person -- without any evidence. He can be lowkey, pensive, and thoughtful, in interviews, and maybe that's not enough for some people.

If he shows up at a fashion show, "He'll appear anywhere there's a camera." If he doesn't go to a birthday party, "He doesn't care about the people he worked with." I don't know how he can win.

Within his first few months on GH, many of us felt he wouldn't be there long. His breakout roles in the Menendez brothers miniseries and on Grotesquerie have launched what seems to be a promising career.

Is he an acting superstar? All I know is that any young actor on GH or any of daytime would be thrilled with this same career launch.

God forbid a young actor doesn’t want to spend 20 years on a soap opera at the start of his career. It’s really silly and makes the people in these threads look pathetic.

I am pretty sure a lot of the negative spin on NAC came from Mo when he was super obviously shading a "young, arrogant actor" on State of Mind which reeked of jealousy and NAC just not worshipping at the shrine of MB's acting mentorship at GH.  It's built from there, IMO.  Is NAC arrogant?  Who knows?  I am certainly not making judgements on him not showing up at his old co-stars birthday.   It's days later and we are still talking about TA/NAC's off screen relationship which doesn't matter at this point.  If NAC makes it-great.  If he doesn't that's fine too. There's clearly still a lot of interest in him in the GH fanbase.

There's crazies in any fanbase, and there certainly are in the Sprinas. The reality is Chavez and Tabyana were apparently close at GH but still co-workers first. His TV career is on the rise and he's not obligated to show up at her birthday party. We don't know these people's lives.

NAC was paid to attend the men's fashion shows in Paris and Milan for the last month.  That is part of his job.  I'm sure it seems frivolous, but that's just a basic misunderstanding of the economic opportunities for a young actor.

I also agree that it started from there. Because Spencer's scenes with Sonny (not to mention Esme) dropped a lot after that.
