Yup. But every look was genuine it felt to me. SMFH. #IYKYK

It's a shame Molly and Kristina weren't there.  I don't think Sonny or Carly were needed, especially Sonny.

I think that was done as a F-you to Kelly Monaco.

It’s pretty sucky our last full on Davis girls scene was them all fighting. I assume they’ll use Sam’s death to make Molly forgive Kristina which also sucks.

I don't know if anyone else has pointed this out, or even if the topic has been discussed here, but there is something that really should be said about this upcoming surgery: there is no hospital in America that would allow Lucas to operate on Sam.  Doctors cannot operate on family members.  That includes not allowing them to "sign a waiver."  It goes against the most basic standards of medical ethics.

It's a soap opera. 🤣 Plus, if realistic, then Lulu wouldn't still be on anti-coagulants going into surgery.

These scenes with Monaco are incredibly depressing. And I am not a Sam fan at all. But the whole thing just has a pall hanging over it.

I felt bad for Monaco.  Knowing how upset she was about the firing, those scenes must have been tough to play.  Don't feel bad about Sam though.  I suppose it's a pretty noble way for the character to go out.

It reminded me of how sad Sharon Wyatt’s last scenes were when Tiffany and Sean were written out. It was hard to watch them say goodbye more to their colleagues than as characters.

She's donating part of her liver to Lulu.

Wait she's killing herself off to donate her liver? 🤔

There is zero confirmation that the character is being killed off; it's all purely speculative at this point.

Spoiler

But it's believed she may not survive the surgery, either via the surgery itself or by someone shuttering her ventilator post-surgery.

Seems obvious Sam will die in this 'routine' surgery because Sidwell the cueballed menace has been going around fúcking with medical equipment, like Lulu's mysterious near-scare the other day.

Sidwell will be responsible for Sam's demise after Lucas or whoever else blames themselves, and we'll have to endure another year-plus of the same old tiresome Cyrus/Shiloh/Peter, etc. storylines from a few years ago, only with the names changed and Carlo Rota in their place. Yawn.

At last! They finally got Ric out of that jacket. And let me say...MMmmm...RH aging like fine wine.

I loved all of his scenes today. Him having to tell the Ashfords/Robinsons that Heather is walking. And Curtis calling him out on that greed. Hm. And I cannot believe how much the Molly/TJ rift has been simmered beneath the surface. I was hoping that was going to happen, but I feel as of late the New/Old Writers have been more consistent with it so I'm enjoying it. And I LOVE those Molly/Ric scenes. RH sold that about Ric's own darkness oooooh so well.

I don't think it's a chemistry test with Lucas, Isaish and TJ. I just felt that it was about giving Lucas friends if he's sticking around. Though Isaish and Lucas DO have some chemistry.

Yeeeah those Sonny/Holly scenes fell flat for me.

NOW they want to play Trina/Gio. Let me roll my eyes.

And I thought the social commentary left the building when PM and DOC left so I was surprised to hear Portia's monologue. Not that she's wrong sadly.

When writing is overly thick, it becomes annoying and unsatisfying to watch.
