Lainey can't sleep....

I'm going to get rocks thrown at me by Lainey, most likely, but I'm not in a real hurry for that reunion. It doesn't have to be Valentine's day for me, in fact...I'd love a May sweeps renewing of the vows, for their third anniversary. It wouldn't even have to be a big deal, just him talking her into dinner, and giving her back her ring, and then when they're alone, a "vow" renewal of sorts...and then, back to the state room.....

Here's the thing: I think Luke should be begging and pleading. And I don't think she should take him back so quickly. So today was touching and a bit hot (could have and should have been hotter!). But I don't believe they should be in this place to begin with. I think it was wrong, and completely out of character, for TIIC to have Luke run off as he did after weeks of telling Tracy how much he loves her. So what's happening makes sense, but it shouldn't be happening. They shouldn't be broken up. We shouldn't be arguing about whether or not they will get back together. The whole thing ticks me off big time. grrrrrrr.

Yes, I just checked out the new Tracy/Luke site! I like the colors and it's good to have that info handy so we always know where it is. The site was put together by NancySpencer and the idea for a site did not just come from me, it came from Nancy as well and a need to have a place for the promotion of our fave couple. Anything we want can be added to it. I vote for adding Ms. Q's compilation of "The Best of TQ '07". As well as Ms. Q's rhyming Tracy Bio! Yoohoo! Stace, time to update

Clips; Thanks to the emailing efforts of Hooked, I am caught up on the LuNacy clips. I really enjoyed yesterday's scenes, although I wish Alice would get a grip. Is she Sympathetic Comrade in Arms, or is she The Enforcer? Because if Tracy goes, Luke goes, so it would be in her best interest to be nicer to Tracy. As for Luke, it's about DAYUM time he had to grovel after Tracy. You GO girl. Hold out. Don't give in. Make him WORK for that reconcilliation, the dawg.

Fanfic: There's been a lot of fanfic posted to the Ficathon. I'll be honest--I haven't read almost any of it. I've been really off GH lately, and have had precious little time to myself. I will try to R/R as much of it as soon as I can, and sorry to all of you for being so far behind.

RL: Real-Life is pretty wild right now--work is outta control and we had a lot of set-backs hit us all at once. But I'm seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, so keep your fingers crossed.

Hi all !

I feel like a pincushion, I took that glucose test today and of course they had to take blood three times, and I couldn't pee in the little cup at first....lots of fun....LOL

I won't be watching live today, I've still got to get my tags renewed and drop off some stuff at GoodWill...when I went to the DMV the other day the electricity was out, I guess the tornadoes down here did take out some people's power, but we were lucky that it was mainly just rain and power outtages here, the tornadoes went around us this time...other parts of Arkansas weren't so lucky.....

Sorry for the rambling.

But I'm going to guess they likely won't be on today, anyway...although it would be nice if Tracy were, with or without Luke.

This week on GH from SON (week of the 11th)

THIS WEEK ON GENERAL HOSPITAL

Trevor puts the pressure on Marianna to steal the deed to Alcazar's piers from Ric. Marianna feels she has no other choice but to betray Ric after Trevor threatens to end her life. Luke goes to Sonny when he is interested in a new career path, but Sonny informs him that he won't allow himself to put Luke's life in danger. After her meeting with the five families and a face-off with Sonny, Claudia hopes Luke can tell her more about Mr. Corinthos, but is disappointed after Luke gives her fair warning about messing with the mafioso's family.

This is on the 13th and 14th I think.
