Tomorrow better not be a let-down. I'd like to think that today was a set-up, but we've been "set-up" in the past, haven't we? And what we thought was foreshadowing was just Guza tricking us...

Yeah, but what would be the purpose? Every rag, spoiler website and gossip spot have said Dec. 30th is a big day for LuNacy. Even Scrubs didn't get the 'must watch' coverage that LuNacy has been getting. I noticed the couples being featured tomorrow are all solid, even if their place on the romantic road might be different. Spixie - not quite on their way; Nicadine - on their way but still uncertain; JoLu - certain of their love and wanting to take the next step; CarJax - have taken the next step and have to work out their potholes; and LuNacy - worked out decades of potholes and know life is better together than seperate. It's poetic, it's happening, and I can't wait to see what we will be given.

eh. I think it's a story all for Patrick so he can once again be the big hero saving Robin and them from her self created problems. The PPD is already a joke and all the spoilers have the emphasis on poorpoor Patrick having to put up with psycho bitch. I just wish for once the story would be reversed. When does Robin get to fight for them? She never does and never will because I'm pretty sure the story is to show Robin is unfit to be a mother and Patrick is perfect. When the smoke clears they won't be together.

Hey everyone, I just found these - they aren't new but being on DC makes them a little more solid:

The LATEST RUMORS attached to the sweeps-like stunt? One is that everything flashes forward six weeks. We'll see the aftermath and then "go back" to see what happened that led to that point. IF this is the way they're going, the ending of this "arc" SHOULD be right as MARCH SWEEPS kicks off. Other RUMORS... bad drugs play a part as patients die and some Port Chuck residents are in danger after receiving the faulty meds. Is a Quartermaine hurt during the crisis? Tracy is RUMORED to be injured and one of the patients who gets the bad meds.

New Years Black Out. The MetroCourt loses power on New Year's Eve. Carly and Jax spend it together in the MC Restaurant. Luke and Tracy also ring in the new year together. Lulu and Johnny make plans and drop them in favor of spending some time alone. Will Jax and Carly reconnect? RUMOR has it they will but I wouldn't get too excited just yet CarJax fans. This is Guza and he loves the angst.

I can't wait until this afternoon. :*

I don't know. Seems to me that DC stole from SD, and it's labeled as "rumor" anyway which means it's not likely to happen.

But today should be good. Won't be around to watch it live though, but at least I'll get to fast-forward the yawn-worthy scenes.

I can't wait either to see LuNacy romance. I hope it really good.

As for the rumors of Tracy being injured and getting bad meds..... I think it could happen. If it does, in true GH fashion as of late, she'll get injured offscreen, come to the hospital, get the bad drugs, have a scene or two with Luke and possibly Lulu, then get the right drugs, and be released with a clean bill of health all within a day or two...

...or not.

We'll just have to wait and see.

I can't wait either, but in the meantime I've seen this on the IL...

2009 is going to be a new start for General Hospital. Family, romance and hospital are going to be brought back to the top. I was told romance is going to play a huge role in the coming year, especially with the younger set, Jolu and Spixie. TPTB want to be bring love back to daytime. Scrubs have been getting great feedback on their story. Higher ups gave seen what less mob and more romance and family drama can do. There still will be mob, but GH as a whole will be balanced.

The hospital crisis is GH's first attempt to bring the mob side and the hospital side together. Everyone in the canvas will be involved. You will still have your regular heros, Jason and Sam but the doctors and nurses will get to play hero as well.

Guza is currently loving Sonny/Claudia. He is doing everything he can to try and make them a sucess. He has wanted this since SBr came back.

Guza also loves his younger set. Jolu and Spixie. He has big plans for them. He wants Spixie to develop into a real love story. It's taken a while but that is where it is headed. As for Jolu, he loves this couple. He wants it to be them against the world. He wants to go all the way with Jolu.

As for Frons, he loves Scrubs. Good things were given to Scrubs because of Frons. The same can be said for KeMo/Sam. Thank Frons for JaSam. Frons wants Scrubs front and center, along with JaSam.

From everything I've read this really makes sense to me and keeps with my feelings about the direction of the show. It doesn't help my LuSam love, but I have to admit if they want to make Jason viable they have to have him in a relationship with someone like Sam - he's been floating since the Summer of Sleeze. is the actress on her way out, the options for the quad change greatly.

AND LuNacy is part of all of this - they are romance, history, hospital/mob connection and they are technically Guza's creation so he's rather invested
