As previously reported, Johnny Wactor's mother's name was Scarlett.
From additional news reports, Johnny Wactor had two younger brothers, Grant and Lance.
His grandmother's name was Barbara.

Statements from his brother Grant are in some news reports.  
In addition, there is a statement from his grandmother Barbara in one of them.
