I'd probably keep Trina and Kristina. I'd add Michael to my list. I am on the fence about Nina/Drew. I feel compelled to keep Michael on canvas, if only b/c I think Carly needs at least one of her kids to be still in town. (I'd send Joss to Australia to be with Jax, who has taken ill; and then have Dex join her later when he realizes how much he misses her). But I'm not opposed to a recast! With Spencer (presumed) dead, I don't see much use anymore for Trina, unless this show comes up with another, equally dynamic love interest for her (presumably, someone who works at the hospital). And Kristina...? Well, she can just leave, along with T.J. and Molly, after she miscarries that baby. I'll even let her leave town to reconcile with Blaze, who has kicked Natalia to the curb, lol. He needs to leave town with his brood and be recast. I am fine with him coming back after a break though.
