More good news coming...depending on how you look at it, of course.

Chandler Massey is joining the cast?

Beyond The Gates is getting B&B timeslot?

It's debuting earlier than late February?

Ron Carlivati has already been fired?

What's Guza Jr. like in terms of writing? Bland or exciting? Please say exciting.

He can be great! But he’s loathed by many GH fans for a reason. Of course, there were other forces at play at ABC, etc., that aided and abetted his worst instincts. (Plus, he was working on an established show and wanted to mold it in his own image. Longtime fans rarely love that.) He does do good stunts. I’m hoping that MVJ is a good check on him.

I didn’t love Sunset Beach, but I know other people here did. He was a co-creator on that.

He's good at moving stories, and providing some real solid Sweep period storylines. I do believe being Val Jean's co-head will suit him well.

Well, Val Jean worked with Guza Jnr on GH, so I assume they had a decent working partnership, enough to where she brought him in as executive producer and co-head writer.

I'm hoping they keep the show grounded in the sense that we don't get billionaires running amok, characters who are well known enough to be known to the public, but then have that aspect ignored when it suits the plot.

I'm interested in how the show will present so many different occupations amongst the cast.
