Members BoldRestless
Apropos of nothing, I wonder if CBS even has the rights to broadcast P&G soaps anymore. Maybe a separate thread should be started to speculate on the break before BTG.
Members BetterForgotten
They wouldn’t air reruns for cancelled shows regardless, but to your point, since they didn’t own those shows or their distribution rights, they don’t have rights to re-air them.
Members Contessa Donatella
No, they wouldn't have them. If they wanted to use them, they'd have to turn to P&G, involved in BTG, and try to gain those rights for a one-time rebroadcast. And, it is apropos.
Members All My Shadows
I think the only possibility for classic soaps in that timeslot would be Y&R and B&B repeats that have already been reran in the last five years, specifically all of the fun stuff from the COVID months. I really don’t even see that happening as they would most definitely find it easier to just throw in TPIR or LMAD repeats. It might be a tough pill to swallow, but even though CBS is putting a new soap on the air, it doesn’t mean that they all of a sudden respect the soap genre enough to highlight and celebrate its history. It’s still just business to them.
Members Contessa Donatella
Just for me, I wasn't thinking of any respect for classic/defunct soaps. Just thinking of available, cheap & also topical.

Members Chris B
I could be wrong, but I could've sworn I read somewhere that they were airing Price Is Right reruns once The Talk ends.
Members Liberty City
I feel like I might have seen that, as well. Obviously, it's going to be CBS dictated over affiliates, so it's likely going to be easier on them to pull something from their daytime lineup to fill that hour time slot for two-months in lead-up to.
Members NothinButAttitude
That makes the most sense. I just felt hopeful that P&G would've dug into the vault and allowed ATWT and GL to be aired one last time.
Members Marco Dane
Disney and Hulu needs to merge to make one app. Honestly Disney+ picture quality is ten times better than Hulu and the app isnt as buggy.
Members Liberty City
I find Disney+ to be slower and buggier than Hulu. But yes, in [some] things the picture is better, especially for non-4K/HD programmes.
Members Vee
I have considered taking the package deal from sometime but I don't want to rebuild my entire Hulu library in Disney+.
Members Liberty City
The problem is: General Hospital, while on Hulu, is not part of the Disney+/Hulu deal.
Members vanguard
Please register in order to view this content In anticipation of BTG, I love finding videos that offers a glimpse of the actors on the show. Emphasis on the female in this video, she is Trisha Mann-Grant, who will be playing Dana "Leslie" Thomas, a longtime waitress and bartender. Also, Eva's mother.
