So at this point I am guessing the main reason to bring Jagger back is because he still hates Sonny a lot lol?  He barely even acknowledged he knew Anna (which he really doesn't), but it was glossed over.  Also, I think Jagger is a pretty bitchin nickname if you ask me and I would personal keep for ever.  It just sounds cool.

Remind me, why has Nikolas been arrested?

He didn't kill Esme.  Spencer willingly handed him his son.  I don't think it is illegal to allow people to think you're dead, if you didn't fraudulently stage your own death.  I know he kidnapped Esme while she was pregnant, but she can't testify now, so that's a moot point.

So, is he going to jail for kidnapping Ace?  Who is going to testify against him in that trial?

Also, while I agree that the nickname is cool, Agent Jagger is a mouthful to say.

Okay, but as I mentioned, she can't testify, so the DA couldn't win a trial against him.  And everyone else with knowledge of the Esme kidnapping only knows through hear-say.  Also, I don't recall any threat of him being arrested before he was thought to be dead.  So, it doesn't make a lot of sense.

What happened to all that weird bullshit with Lucy wandering across ABC Daytime investigating Martin's past and exes like Blair? Did she ever learn about that whole money thing with him? When did she fall out of love with him or whatever (if she did)? I don't care, but I am curious.

I have looked through this entire thread to see if anyone else noticed something that was said by Nina to Ava.  Apparently, nobody thought it was worth discussing that Nina told Ava to be there for Sonny, or something to that effect.

That would be taking the forgiveness he has given her to a whole new level.  At the end of the day, she is still the one who is responsible for Morgan's death.  And she killed Connie/Kate in cold blood.  I don't think she can ever be someone who is "there for Sonny."

One thing that happened was that Anna saved Lucy & Filly from being arrested by just talking to Jackson on the phone.

And, of course Blair came to town looking like a million bucks & we found out she was ex#3 & she teased & flirted with Marty all to end by intimidating him with some unknown threat. And it turned out that she was in league with Tracy about Lucy & that darn 1% of ELQ stock & half of Deception. Marty had known about Blair's invention & given trade secrets to Lucy presumably during pillow talk. The conclusion was that Lucy lost 51% of Deception to Tracy.  And to this date Tracy still owns it & is using it, although she said she only got it for Brook Lynn. It makes Tracy a player in any Deception shenanigans, & I like that.

I thought Tracy going to bat for Chase and Brook Lynn was very sweet. Everything else was so clunkily done, even if Genie Francis acted her little heart out. Trina really did try to wring some emotion out of that 'vow' to Spencer. It was almost touching.

    • Nick told Victoria that he and Sharon had married in England.  Victoria was shocked.  Then she realized he was kidding.  He confirmed it was a joke and they're platonic. I don't even know what to say about that.
    • It's funny you say that because part of the entertainment of the trials on the show are all the day players who come on as witnesses and jurors.  I'm certain it was like the Law and Order of its time. It employed so many New York actors, that if you look close enough, there's usually someone vaguely recognizable in the courtroom.
    • I will defend Dante.  People already suspect he may be a bit unstable from time to time (from his time as a prisoner).  And, he's taking care of other people's kids from time to time.  So, he has reason to be cautious with those in his care.
    • Josh continues to try and milk Abbott/Newman rivalry. First it was Billy/Victoria, then Kyle/Summer, then Noah/Allie (that worked out well) and now Kyle/Claire. Do we have any inkling when Billy Flynn will arrive and who he will play? I'm sure Cole's illness will mostly play offscreen. What's in store for Nick and Sharon? Is it time to put them back together? I can't see any other romantic options. Nick has no children on the canvas to play off, as Christian is never seen. Sharon has only Mariah onscreen.
    • I would appreciate (if they're not coming), for future scripts to refer to them by their iconic hairdos.  For example, if Hope needs to call Chelsea because Bo has Sepsis, I'd like Shawn-D to say, "My Mom called Chelsea (the one with the sassy short black hair) for an update." Also, new rule, if Melanie does return, she needs to dye her hair back to red.  I googled who she was five times during Victor's funeral.

    • Broderick, thank you for all of the info [I edited for space]. I am so grateful for everyone filling in the blanks for me. I suspected the Nora/Eliot scene was very important and it was setting something up but I didn't know what. Can't wait to see it play out. The two actors had such a great back and forth. I should have made the Paige/Patty Hearst connection. I thought Paige was in love with Brian from the first episode I watched but it seemed as if they were brother and sister. Steve kept being affectionate with her so I assumed he was the love interest. Then she was affectionate with someone else and well..she's a very busy woman. I can't wait to see Frances Fisher show up. (I'm trying to be vague because I don't know what would be a spoiler in this storyline) Now it makes sense why Draper would be upset. I didn't get the whole background of why he didn't go to NY. I'm a sucker for good acting, so I might still side with April and Margo, if the writers don't give Draper more to do besides yelling.  He had more chemistry with Logan, but I know that's not happening.  Something else I noticed: the show really takes care with even the smallest parts. The acting is superb. Too often, I noticed on older soaps they don't take care with the recurring or day players (Ryan's Hope was so bad with this that I couldn't make it through some episodes). It's only been six episodes, but so far, the casting department was spot on.
    • I thought Dante was overreacting.  Gio made some mistakes but he's young and he tried.  It's not like he dragged two 14 years to a party and made them get blackout drunk.  Dante can have the initial upset reaction, but to go on and on was a bit much.
    • His (adoptive) nieces.  Chelsea and Stephanie.  I think Abby was involved too, but I am not sure if they are related lol.
    • That was such a dark story. I never liked Swamp girl after that. And then the dating your cousin thing. I think wasn’t Max in a triangle with two of his cousins?
    • Thank you, @j swift.  I'm probably more sympathetic to Draper Scott than most audience members are -- even though I'm absolutely CRAZY about Ann Williams & her bizarre Margo Huntington character

The more I watch these episodes -- and I've watched several of them a zillion times, I'm ashamed to admit -- you realize there's a WHOLE lot of passive-aggressive hostility brewing inside Margo Huntington about Draper.  She wants to take April AWAY from him and recreate the childhood that she never got to experience with April, because of the adoption 25 years ago.  Draper has sense enough to realize how heartless and vindictive Margo really is about other people's lives and their feelings, but he bites his tongue rather than poison his wife's mind about how horrible her mother really is.  And I admire him for that.  He's a sweet boy.
