They did it twice in one episode form late 2018. One second Anna and Finn are talking to Britt in prison presenting a deal to get her out and the very next scene she is chowing her face down at the Floating Rib with no transistion. Later that episode Chase is talking to Willow about some grief counseling pamphlet in her car and the very next scene we see her going to the group session again with no transition.
