Members alphanguy74
Now, WHO remember this one hit by Louie Louie. He originally played Madonna's boyfriend in the Borderline video... and then got his own record deal. I used to have a full size POSTER of him! Members EricMontreal22
I loved Life in Mono--I remember it as a teen used for promotion for the Cuaron updateof Great Expectation. Too bad nothing else by Mono lived up to it. Used to be a big SAW fan and still have most of their essential CDs but I have to admit I have a lot less patience for them (when listening to the two disc SAW Gold it starts off tons of fun, and then by the end of disc 1 I swear I have a headache lol). The Only Way is Up is wonderful though. (I do liek Scissor Sisters but it's not too surprising you do--considering they're basically a mix of 70s Elton John and 70s disco They've wrote and produced the Moroder hommage I Believe In You for Kylie and are involved in her new album as well as writing a Tales of the City musical)
Members dm.
This is a band I've loved ever since I first found out about them... La Rocca. I went so far as to learning every single song from their album The Truth, and their newest one, Ok Okay is also quite good, maybe even an improvement. My favorite from the newest album, Roadway Hymn: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QabnZRlem_c Recently I've discovered Relax, Take It Easy and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind. Also, it was the first time I've heard of Mika. Please register in order to view this content

Members EricMontreal22
Relax Take it Easy is about the only song I liked (for a while) from the too whimsical/precious by half, Mika. I actually like La Rocca but didn't know they were still around!
Members dm.
Yeah, it's his best song IMO. He may have like one or two other good songs, but the rest isn't worth listening to. Yep, 8 years together.
Members alphanguy74
Time to shower you with obscure girl group goodness. The POPPIES, lead by Dorothy Moore (Who had a huge soul hit in the late 70's with "Misty Blue")singing "Lullaby Of Love" on Hoss Allen's show "The Beat!!!" produced at WFAA in Dallas, Texas: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbBpkxxbwfQ

Members Sylph
Then, maybe, from his last album Blame It On The Girls and I See You might be for you. LOL @ Eric not liking Mika!
Members dm.
Yep, Relax, Take It Easy and Grace Kelly from that first one, and Blame It On the Girls and Rain from the second one.
Members EricMontreal22
LOL Why would I like huim? The funniest was the revelation that in his press profile all interviewers were told to not ask about his sexuality. And then he came out as "bi". LOL Puhleeze!
Members Sylph
Because he sings what you like. But I see what's bothering you, I never expected that from you.
