Terrible to say, because they are kids, but I preferred him over the new Douglas.

That's no shameful statement. Samiri is one of those really rare finds for the perfect kid actor. He nails all dialogue and has chemistry with everyone on set. Happy to see him back at B&B!

I agree. I think he's a terrific young actor. I'm glad he's back. He's adorable and he can act. I thought he should have been at least nominated the year (I believe 2020) that Douglas was dealing with Thomas acting poorly and revealed that Phoebe was Beth. Heck, I think he should have won it that year, but all female performers were nominated.

True! The writers sure knew what they had with this kid because "Douglas" had some iconic scenes in repeat mode. "I know who you are. You are Beth" or "Phoebe is Baby Beth!"
Plus, the episodes where Thomas scared the sh*t out of his son were cruel but made amazing material on screen.

He most definitely should have gotten a younger actor Emmy for those storylines... Tells you what these awards mean these days. I think the fact that this kid is super busy outside B&B shows that casting directors see the talent.

From Henry's instagram, I see that he had been filming this in British Columbia

He posted Sept 4 "that's a wrap".

Henry says in the new SOD that he was taping "The Watchful Eye" for 5 months in the Vancouver Canada area, and needed to live there during that taping.  And he is now back in L.A. with CBS.
