Although he’s appeared in very few episodes overall this year due to several outside projects he’s attached to, fans of actor Darin Brooks are in luck this week when the actor returns as Wyatt Spencer on “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

On Thursday, September 22, Wyatt joins his brother Liam (Scott Clifton) for some family time when the two sit down with their father, Bill (Don Diamont), who describes how Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) reacted to finding Brooke (Kathrine Kelly Lang) in his arms.

Although still on contract with the soap, Brooks has been appearing in several outside projects recently, including the Apple TV+ series “Amber Brown” and the Hulu/Peacock original “The Croods: Family Tree,” wherein he voices the role of Guy. The fourth season of the animated series launched last month on both services.

Earlier this month, Brooks’ real-life wife Kelly Kruger announced via Instagram that the two would be starring in a new Christmas movie together, their first project as love interests since the comedy series “Blue Mountain State” concluded its run on Spike TV (now Paramount Network) in 2011 and the follow-up film “Blue Mountain State: The Rise of Thadland,” released in 2015.

The movie is said to be titled “The Art of Christmas” and will air as part of Great American Family’s “Great American Christmas” holiday programming event. Kruger will play the role of Brit.
