I'm gonna say...Will.  He and Ben were fooling around with a mouse they found in prison and...well...you can guess the rest.

 

(I'm kidding.  I hope.)

 

But seriously.  I think it should be J.J.  He overdoses, ends up at University Hospital.  He flatlines and has an out-of-body experience, where he meets up with a now-dead Haley.  She urges him to go back; he does.  He cleans up his act and eventually becomes a minister.
