Sally Sussman's writing makes zero sense. Considering the other day Nikki was telling Faith to make amends with Sharon.

I don't think it's been undone by a couple a scenes on today's show.  Sharon's diagnosis hasn't been undone.

 

It gives her some dimension and I'd rather that than have them ignore it.

and I've been watching since '76, and I actually am fair...I don't get on here and blast every single thing every show does (like you do) but still sit there and watch every single day. you want to waste your time blasting a show you still watch faithfully? God bless you. LOL

Wow ..then you are 102 years old??  I have the right to complain that's what this board is for. And I am fair in my criticism. I am not the only one that feels that way about Sally Sussman's Y&R.

When I first started working, it was the hardest thing to call the older folks I worked with by their first name. It took some getting used to.  Lol

I didn't find it odd that Nikki went from being supportive to being a bitch to Sharon. I've always believed that Nikki cares about Sharon deep down but also has this deep jealousy towards her and feels the need to criticize everything she does. She's like that controlling mother who tells their daughter how to live their life. I'm happy that SS is showing that other side to Nikki again. 

 

I do agree with you @GMac about Sharon's defensiveness being a little.. over the top. I mean Nikki was genuinely being nice to her and she was just really snappy, with her and Paul. I think they are just trying to show Sharon's pain with Dylan leaving and how she's dealing with that. She snapped on Chelsea yesterday too lol.
