I would kinda feel sorry for her. She has made the role her own, after all this time. That is not to say she's unrecastable of course. But still...

It's not like it was anyone else's before. She'd be very easy to recast!

Ironically, the same thing happened with his GL character Remy. Although 2 other actors (including Gavin Houston from Haves & Have Nots) also played the role during his many career transitions.

Agreed. I don't mind Karla Mosley, they just need to pick a personality for her and stick with it, just like when they waffled with Caroline.

Exactly - Caroline went through so many phases at the beginning until they found what worked. Same with Maya - it's like they infused "Caroline's" personality from last summer into her. I like KM, so I hope it's an attempt to add to the cast. I think that KM, LG, EY have a fun chemistry between the three of them.

Another thing, they have Karla all over Price is Right and Karla and Jacob Young are doing a live tweet today. I know these aren't major things, but it seems like if they wanted to fire her they could have a long time ago. They seem to like her.

Exactly! And, I dunno, maybe my memory is doing tricks on me, but B&B doesn't seem like the type of show that would pull something like this on one of its actresses unless there were other reasons (actor leaving etc).

They try to have the same actor in the role as long as they can. (And that's because they love flashbacks )
