How sad....I was just reading some of the "Lianview in the Afternoon" on Kindle just seconds ago where they feature some of his quotes...

Another hilariously blunt interview with an incredibly cranky man. I remember him ragging on Agnes Nixon and Gordon Russell in Llanview in the Afternoon.

All these years, having devoured all the old DS media with numerous Sam Hall interviews (most of them far more sanitized than the above interview or his OLTL quotes), I had no idea he had ever tangled with Irna Phillips.
