Damn Days! What happened?! (141k) in 18-19? WTF?!

Is that accurate?

I don't get it. DAYS can improve by leaps and bounds, and the ratings drop.

Meanwhile, B&B and GH can spew any old crap at us and are stable or rising. I just don't get it.

The overall audience is twisted!

To be fair - the changes for all BUT DAYS were slight. Let's see if ED gives DAYS a boost - if not, the show could be in real even more trouble once AS/ES leave.

I actually want to see what happens to those numbers when AS/ES leave. Eileen will goose the numbers a bit, but I don't think she's going to be the "magic bullet" everyone thinks.

This show needs MAJOR changes, starting at the top and working down. Producers, writers and actors need to go. I don't want to see Days canceled, but I do want to see it improve.

Just voicing my two cents. ;) LOT of good stuff going on with Days, but it needs a lot of work. (To be fair, so does Y&R.)

Wow. This hurts for Days. IMO the dialogue/breakdown writing has been pretty good, but overall storyline mapping/concept has not been. Viewers are not wanting to see Dannifer fight with Eve over Jack's book, nor do we want to see Saint JJ be a "respectable young gentleman" to win his girlfriend's heart...the Sami/EJ has been pretty good (especially Kate/Sami scheming) but I feel there are missed beats in the story and things are lacking. Even the writers have recognized the Ericole have become as stale as dust and have seemed to backburner them for the time being... we just need something fresh!! FAST!

Really hope DAYS can turn things around. They have done it so many times before but it seems they finally burned the audience out between the last five reboots and pushing Jennifer and Daniel as the head of Salem.

Lorraine Broderick should be promoted to head writer now as her dialogue has been great. GH has had a great steady July.

I still think they need to get Sheri Anderson in there. If she says no, then yes I take your suggestion, albeit with a complete reset of the storylines. :)

Sheri Anderson and Loraine Broderick as co-HW

Maybe with TomSell as breakdown and the Culton's and salmons in script writing would be beautiful.

Think I'd rather have TomSell out of there completely. But yes, Sheri and Lorraine, the Cullitons, Melissa Salmons... maybe a couple others. It's a race to see who replaces writers first. My money is on Y&R.

DAYS has been pretty boring to me lately so I am not surprised it dropped. Hopefully things get revved up with ED being back temporarily.

I am enjoying the silliness that is GH.

Y&R is basically a trainwreck. The writing is just God awful.

B&B is just good old-fashioned soap opera. Triangles, lavish location shoots, 30 minutes and familiar faces make B&B can't miss for me.
