Yet another reality star with no point. Why couldn't Hope have asked Julie or Doug to emcee. Both are well known in the Salem Community, and considering this is a fund raiser for a parochial school, why would they need a D list reality person? Why not ask Abe, a local political/police bigwig to emcee?

Salem is very accepting of gays, so it's nice to see trannies embraced as well.

A better move would have been to bring back Liz Chandler to host the Charity Gala! This would have been a much smarter move to bring Liz who is a singer and was a Salem celebrity. Plus it would have been great to see Gloria Loring reprise her role again. Maybe the writers could figure out how to keep her on for a much longer stay.
