EJ, Sami, or Kate could and would take him out in a heartbeat and if they had a little time to plan could do it in such a way that made it look like a suicide that Hope and Julie could believe given all the baggage he's known to carry. I mean EJ, Sami, and Kate have all done very bad things, and never had to 'pay' for them (in the traditional sense). Nick is a little boy that let's his emotions get the best of him. it would could, maybe, buy it if they all underestimate Nick, and then he 'sucker punches' them, so to speak. I think nick is an interesting and smart fie for all of the. With major family connections. He's not a quick kill and dumb and everyone moves on, as proven when they thought that's what they did.
