    No, Kate and Sami also killed Nick. Nick was alive after Gabi hit him. If he in fact died, it was from drowning and it was Sami and Kate that caused him to drown. Kate and Sami threw an unconscious man into the river when he was alive and even after realizing that, they instead let him get swept away and drown. They didn't call the cops or 911 to get someone out there to look for him. Im sure he'll come back but as it stands all 3 are equally guilty. Gabi isn't more culpable than those 2.

    Exactly. Gabi merely rendered him unconscious, though she thought she killed him mainly due to Sami's incorrect pronouncement.

    I think he's looking to get something concrete on gabi to help will keep the baby if hone leaves. Doesn't look like he knows what he is recording ahead of time.
