For the record, The Daily Mail is complete hogwash. A dirty rag. The possibility is, of course, there and if it happens Kelvin Fletcher will no doubt destroy my life. I'm most excited to see what her exit will mean for Andy and Robert's relationship. Will it bring them closer together or further tear them apart? Kate Oates always delivers, so I'm happy to know this is all in good hands.

    I can't see them killing Katie off because I'm sure they'd want to bring her back at some point. I think this might happen sooner rather than later. I don't see Sammy Winward having comparative success outside Emmerdale.

    Maybe Erika (Claire King) on Coronation Street will be revealed to be serving in the witness protection program and she really is Kim Tate? Now that's a Coronation Street/Emmerdale crossover I could get behind.

    But would Kim Tate even mesh well with today's ED? That would be my only concern. The players that she used to interact with are either dead or gone. But I do wish she'd come back along with Sadie King and Nathan Wylde.

    I think any character could mesh well if written correctly. However, someone who still has ties to the show that I'm chopping at the bit to return is the one and only Zoe Tate! Just like Kim, she had a brilliant exit. I err on the side of caution with Kim Tate, just because her tenure was basically a perfect score like Angie Watts. You can't really top it, which both actors in those respective roles basically agree with. My other is Steph Turner/Forsythe, but at least I got to see her when Alan died and it didn't dampen her a bit, thankfully.

    I guess Corrie's QAF ties keep on growing.

    They are Beth's relatives who'll be around for her wedding to Kirk. One of the best couples on the show. As the article mentions, Agnes is Beth's grandma, Arlene is Beth's sister, the actress being known as Kathleen McQueen on Hollyoaks, and Nancy is her mother.
