Members Scotty
In the new Logan column in TVguide, According to old Frankie, they spent $55,000 on a real DC-3 for this plane crash with Todd & McPig. "it's the biggest, most challenging thing we've ever done"...says Frankie. ---------------- What a shame to waste all that money on renting an actual plane for an upcoming shoot, when they are slashing the salaries of the cast. OLTL really knows its priorities.
Members Dan
WHAT?!? That's as bad as GL spending big bucks for a damn baseball field.

Members cal3
This is so insulting. What they could have done with that money? 1. refurbish the Llanfair sets 2. refurbish Asa's 3. a home for K/K since they promised it last SEPTEMBER 4. refurbish the Carriage House 5. refurbish the penthouse 6. salaries for the vets 7. money to put needed characters in scenes so they make sense? They so need to fire Frankie. BTW my only hope is both Todd and John die in the plane crash. They can take the money from their salaries and go with 1 -7. Members allatwitter
They didn't rent it. According to Valentini they now own the thing.
Members alwaysAMC
Such a waste of money for just 2 characters...OLTL could be using money for sweeps on something that is used for the majority of the characters....*thinking like AMC and GH are doing*.... Members MJM
Which probably means they broke it. Come on, after this one-off crash, what could a show possibly do with a 60+ year old WWII Vintage Cargo/Passenger Plane?
Members OneLife Fan
I think they broke it as well.
Members David_Vickers
Very piss poor management. Frank Vallentini needs to have priorities. Axing Michael Easton to make up for it would be the begining.

Members Alan
A shocking waste. Are they actually going to fly the plane and have it crash or what? I'm confused.
Members Joe
I'm not even intruiged in the least by this storyline. Maybe they should have used that money and searched for a new head writer, or someone to come help Higley out.
Members dimples
I clicked on this thinking it had to do with a Destiny's Child appearance. My bad!
