March 13, 201412 yr Member Was it midseason final or season 2 finale? I keep hearing both so I'm confused.
March 13, 201412 yr Member This was still season 1 which isn't uncommon for Tyler Perry bc House of Payne would drag a season out to like 40 episodes when the norm is 22 Edited March 13, 201412 yr by Cheap21

March 13, 201412 yr Member On the OWN site, it has the episodes arranged by season in the episode guide, so this was the second season finale. OWN ordered twenty episodes after the first season, but they got divided up by season.

OWN ordered twenty episodes after the first season, but they got divided up by season. which is confusing bc in the same episode guide they have the current episodes labeled as season 1 and continue the counts from the finale last year (117 instead of 201)
March 17, 201412 yr Member Hannah's under arrest w/out any proof? So it's easy to remove a half dead body from a hospital? Lawd!
March 17, 201412 yr Member Yeah, I like how Hannah got arrested and no miranda rights were given, and she's sitting there in jail with no explanation. Hilarious. This show makes my night
March 17, 201412 yr Member Tyler Perry gets nothing ELSE right, so it doesn't surprise me he knows nothing about criminal procedures either.
March 17, 201412 yr Member His attention to detail and basic common knowledge makes James E Reilly's work look like a masterpiece.
March 19, 201412 yr Member Professor, how you gone explain that knife sticking out of your back while you finish your morning jog? Had to be one of the most ridiculous things on TV ever! Finally finished watching and my God! This show is just awful. "Son, I want to talk to you, and I want you to listen to me"... "You want to talk to me, dad"? Huh?
March 19, 201412 yr Member For God's sake, I wish Miss Perry would hire a REAL writing staff w/ qualified and capable people.
May 21, 201411 yr Member Judging from everyone's posts, I'm starting to think TP should attempt a different tactic and turn this show into a full-on parody of soaps, both daytime and prime-time. I mean, hell, you've already got people at home laughing their asses off. Might as well roll with it.
