I hate to say this but skin color & hair texture could be playing a factor into why Maya is getting two white guys.

Don't be ashamed to speak the truth. Daisy is too black to be taken serious. I think the actress is a bit boring, but that could be the story, and I have not seen that much of her. She just needs a slight edge but nothing that takes away from the essence of the character.

I wonder at what point did people start to feel skeevy about him? He seemed very well liked and popular on GL up until the mid-2000's (2005?) when Gus and Harley had a lot of airtime.

I didn't mind Gus on GL, I guess, but yet another Spaulding heir was completely idiotic. I never bought him as one of them.

Gus had this Reardon or Shayne feel to me, never a Spaulding.
