Over the summer, I found out that I had The-N. ive had it for years and never knew it. And I finally saw degrassi and i became hooked. I cant wait for the new season october 3rd. Theyre also gonna show a couple episodes of old school Degrassi on October 6th. Im in heaven. I think Im in love with manny santos.

I love TNG too, though the N tends to rip us off by cutting down the episodes they deem to be too controversial. I was a fan of the old school Degrassi and have recently bought those on DVD, they're fantastic and better, though TNG is good too.

I love Emma, she's my favorite, though I'm not to sure I like what they've been doing to her character lately, that whole thing with (darn, his name escapes me at the moment) was just yuck. You know where she '..well, you know? LOL!

Also I'm confused about the way the shows are aired on the N, they debut a season and then about 7 episodes later it's the season finale! My only guess is that they've been cutting some, but then again the seasons could be that short.

Whatever, I just wait for the DVDs for the good stuff.

Oh yeah and I'm a Joey and Caitlin fan from way back so I was bummed when they broke up.

i think they had a "summer 05" season which was actually just the 2nd half of the 4th season.

Since you're a manny fan, the first two eps of the new season are about her - she does a naughty thing. LOL

well well degrassi lovers i love love love degrassi i have most of ther old school eppys one of the movies and all the episodes to TNG. it sucks that they cut down epppys on the N. hope u guys arent missin important stuff. but sadly this season i believe is the last, just speculation

I knew there used to be a person that had a sig as Degassi fan...but I have to chime in that I too watched the Old school Degassi and started to watch the new generation..but I couldnt get into the characters..I mean who cant forget..wheels..snake.. (the zit remedy..LMAO)....Caitlin...spike...Well...those eppys were great!!!

I'm totally obessed with Degrassi... didn't like it at first (my favorite characters were rarely around) until my favorite characters hooked up recently. I can't wait for the new season to start, from some spoilers I've read this season is definitely going to have a LOT of drama.

I loooooooooove nuDegrassi! I also find myself enjoying the original series. I've been trying to avoid the Junior High episodes since those are on DVD now, but I do plan on watching the High School episodes as they air on The N.

i am a degrassi freak too, i download though because I am too impatient to wait for The N to air the eps...lol.

I hope there is a sixth season, it just wouldn't fit if Emma wasn't shown graduating with her friends... kinda like how it started with the first episode, first season. Sixth season is very possible, it's popularity is just now picking up in the US why not ride out the wave for another season (which I think is at most what you can do). There's suppose to be a movie this summer, then the start of the possible sixth season in the fall.
