Poor GHers being stuck with MR's asexual self. She managed to have no chemistry with any of the hunks thrown at her on GL and Y&R.

I've seen this actress on various shows here and there. I think she'll do fien in the role and she looks so much more like ED.

ETA: And yes, we can we please twitter Angelica McDaniel about the music and lighting? Soaplovers hit the nail on the head: "darker, more sensual lighting" and that rich, evocative music! Y&R has a strong, glamourous and highly recognizeable brand, and for the life of me I don't know why TPTB are trying to turn it into something generic and Acme.

B&B has managed to modernize itself and still keep its traditional background music. I don't see why Y&R can't do the same.

That said; ever since Cane&Lily seem to be a dying couple and both of them are linked to other characters, Khalil and Goddard are both wayyyyy more tolerable.

Goddard seems to do his best work opposite actors other than Khalil (Jess Walton, Tristan Rogers, Eileen Davidson, Liz Hendrickson, Adrienne Frantz).

Ann_SS: Just to show that I'm not just stuck on Carmine, if Abby wants to test the waters with Alejandro (someone needs to start calling him by his proper name, often) that's all good too because I have yet to see him shirtless.

And yes, shirtless guys can make me almost completely forget Y&R's terrible music production and uneven storytelling.
