I still have a feeling they're going to be fighting over her, possibly with Dani back in that mix, since there is history there. Old soap logic dictates that Matthew would have to face his feelings for Destiny when challenged by another man, but really, I'm just up for anything good they want to throw at me. They have very few kids, though.

As I'm sure plenty of 'old' viewers might not know their returning & some proberly don't have internet. So attracting new viewers is quite important.

I'm one of the very few people in the world who enjoyed The Beuatiful Life that Corbin was in, where I grew to like him a lot. Very happy about this news. Not just the casting, but also that he's working at The Banner, too.

I'd heard in the past that the new OLTL wanted to pick up the thread of David's illegitimate child, which Ron seeded at the end of OLTL intending to pick it up on Prospect Park.

IIRC, the "Mick/Jeffrey" audition side has him telling Viki that his passion for investigative journalism was ignited by the mystery of his deadbeat father, who abandoned his mother.

...I personally wouldn't be upset if those dots connect the way I suspect they might, but I'm just saying.

If Tuc Watkins doesn't stand in the way of actually making David a character again, then I wouldn't mind either.
