The coffee shop thing is her doing research for a new movie role where she plays a barista.

Hmm, I don't know. Wasn't she already a waitress at a diner nearby way back in the day? Of course she's had more exciting side jobs (a nun, a showgirl, etc.). I don't think she would become a barista. Kendall, on the other hand....
