+1 on don't worry about Agnes. I saw her speak and got to chat with her 1:1 for a few magical moments when she was honored at this event in Boston a few months after AMC went off and right before the end of OLTL. She seemed quite frail (but so beautiful) in that her children were all over holding her arm, helping with steps etc. BUT WHEN she started talking about her shows? She remembered stories in great detail from Carla/Clara on OLTL to Bianca coming out, was cracking jokes about how PP had talked about moving the shows to Canada. I could have listened to her talk for hours. I know things can shift quickly with age but the woman was sharp as a tack, witty and knew the history of her shows. I definitely think she is at in her to be a creative force for these shows and I think her influence is totally showing on AMC and not OLTL, proving that some things never change.

Random comment, but I was trying to figure out why I hate the AMC opening and although I wish the theme had no words, it's the poses of the actors! The more seasoned actors look natural, but Lea, Cassandra, Jane, Celia, Petey and Miranda are all making awkward, unnatural faces. I wonder how many takes they got. It's weird that the openings for both shows aren't more dynamic.

That was actor Daniel Hartley playing Pete's friend Dylan Wilder today. This was AMC's first recast since actor Jake Boyd was originally cast in the role. No explanation given for the recast
