David (VI) and Cara (LH) scenes are amazing and I really hope they are Married and Happy also I hope David has his Doctor's License back and still owns half of Pine Valley Hospital.

Project Orpheus and who was the last patient needs to be revealed!

I couldn't remember either. I swear, it's upsetting how fuzzy even the details of AMC's final year are starting to be for me :( Just in time for it to come back! Someone recently mentioned how in the final month Sam came back and Opal visited Hawaii with him (after seeing him at her high school reunion where Verla Grubbs tried to break them up--nevermind that their high school reuinion was held at ConFusion--how I won't miss that place)--and I had to check youtube to remember that.

    • Dante STFU!! Gawd this Gio hate is so forced. Dante blame your idiot son! He's responsible for landing in the hospital.
    • I think Steve and Chase (with Adair) are dropped fairly quickly into John Whitsell's run as EP. I didn't think Tomlin wanted those characters out especially given how much effort was put into resetting Chase, a character Tomlin didn't create, and Adair by placing them at the paper, testing Adair with Ryder, and then having Chase discover Estelle was alive. Steve got an actual onscreen goodbye, but Chase and Adair later go an offscreen exit to San Francisco or somewhere else in California.  They chem tested Steve Kendall and Suzi in September, 1983, just as Elizabeth Swankhammer started as Suzi. Steve saved Suzi drowning in a lake on location. I felt that Suzi / Steve was meant to be the post-Suzi/Warren story with Stephanie possibly manipulating Suzi and Warren to keep both Warren / Wendy and Steve / Suzi apart. I assumed the plan was (at some point) Stephanie / Lloyd. Or it should have been.  I don't think Bela should have lasted beyond the circus story. If I had to sit through some sort of triangle, I would want to see it end with Bela dead. Even in a bad recycled plot, but ultimately I don't think Bela had any real story potential and should never have been paired with either woman. Under Mayer/Braxton, Sarah became more conservative and judgemental over the course of the last month or so of their run. I don't think Tomlin's version was as layered from what I remember.  @DRW50 I think Conroy lasted a full year June, 1984 - July, 1985. I always assumed he left, but that was just speculation. Phillip Brown's Steve just seems to have disappeared.
    •   Vanessa is bordering on nasty ho territory. Normally I agree with you @Soapsuds but not on this. Dani opened up to Andre about her insecurities since the end of her marriage, and Andre listened and supported her. Their booty call hook ups are so turning into love.
    • 5-13   Hmmm. That was a little bit better.   I admit that it did appear that Damian and Lily are dancing around each other. I don't mind it tooo much because I like them together. But there is only so many times they can have issues around trust. But at least he decided he might be willing to work with her against Dumas.   I actually enjoyed Giggly Heffa/Billy/Sally. This time at least. I would have liked to see Phyllis continue to be introspective and form an obsessive bond to Sharon...which was where their storyline appeared to be going...because it felt like it was going to lead to something new. So sad that does not seem to be the case. That said...Phyllis scheming is something I can get behind and MS does give good scheme face. Bonus that it will move the Dumas storyline right along by her taking things into her own hands.    Phyllis...and Victor? Well...hmmm. I have to giggle at these Summer mentions.  I agree that Damian definitely has his own style. For the most part, I love it because it does help him stand out. Though he appears to be going through an all brown phase that has been kinda hit or miss. I preferred when he came on, and his style was mixed up a little bit.    When I think of Holden's style...he definitely looks L. A. or a big city. And I also think metrosexual off his clothes and general vibe. Which at least I feel suits him and is still very much different from Damian.   Thank you! Yes. It really has been very plain when it comes to the men's wardrobe over the years. So it is part of the reason the changes are standing out so much more with them. Now she needs to do the same with the women. I love leather is being tried...because Goth...but I feel it works perfectly with some characters' styles over others where I see it and think it's just there to be there or a lame attempt to be edgy.
    • @VelekaCarruthers thank you, but was not Katherine who had feelings for her friend Joann because she missed her deceased husband and felt lonely and tried to kiss her and Joann ended their friendship? I have not seen anything on You Tube and I don't know if the kiss was aired or not. I still have to consider the kiss between Bianca and Lena on AMC in 2003 as the first lesbian one on US soaps.

@dc11786 thank you for the detail about Azure and Bernardo's sex scene which I ignored - or, better said, I know Azure comes out to Bernardo right after having sex when he want to know the true after reading the scoop by Jared Chase, but I didn't know their first time was showed on TV. Now I really want to see this episode. I'm reading on Wiki that Another Life went on air on Christian Broadcasting Network and maybe that is the reason for which Tony was an unseen character as Stanley Walker in Will & Grace. @j swift thank you too for the answer. Very helpful. ✌ It seems this storyline was a mess and very bad. What a shame and missed big opportunity.
    • I don't care.  I feel that murderers and rapists shouldn't be romantic leads.
    • https://variety.com/2025/tv/news/7th-heaven-reboot-cbs-studios-jessica-biel-1236401017/ Sources say that the new show would focus on a diverse family, and that none of the original cast members would appear.  Anthony Sparks will serve as executive producer and showrunner on the reboot.  Jessica Biel, who starred in the original series, is executive producing under her Iron Ocean banner along with Michelle Purple.  DeVon Franklin will executive produce via Franklin Entertainment and his overall deal with CBS Studios. Sparks was previously the showrunner on the critically-acclaimed OWN series “Queen Sugar.” He also worked as an executive producer on “Bel-Air” at Peacock and the Mike Tyson biographical series “Mike” at Hulu. His other TV writing credits include “The Blacklist” and “The District.” Franklin is best known for producing faith based films like “Miracles from Heaven” and “Heaven Is for Real.” He previously held positions at Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment as well as MGM and Sony’s Colombia Pictures. In his time as a studio exec, he worked with Smith on films like “The Pursuit of Happyness,” “Hancock,” and “Seven Pounds.” His other credits include the animated Biblical film “The Star” as well as “Flamin’ Hot” and the BET+ original series “Kingdom Business.”
    • I think both of them have been given balanced, nuanced, and honest writing about who they both are, flaws and all, for months now. It's not so basic or black and white.
    • Grant Aleksander talks a bit about Capitol 50 minutes into this interview. He says he did the show because he was under a hold due a pilot he made for Aaron Spelling and only had limited choices in what he could do. John Conboy agreed to hire him at Capitol for six months but told him he would only really have two sets - a pool and a bed.
