Here's the first promo for it. And, it's a 50 anniversary promo too. Not sure if I should have put this here or Spoiler Island. But, there's not really many spoilers in the promo. But, move if so.

Crazy to think when this ep aired I was...2 months old. Damn.

I'm in love with the background music during the Luke/Laura scenes.

Jason looks ridic. LOL. Him & Brenda though

He should have. He was on well into his teens in '96, with Lucky and Emily.

Years ago in college, around 2001 or 2002, I concocted an elaborate plot in which Sly would return and become a part of the fabric of the Spencer family again, only to be revealed as a mole for Helena Cassadine, embittered by the death of his father in lieu of Luke and a hard life since, having felt abandoned by his adoptive family. He would eventually waver and go back to the bosom of the family, having been manipulated by Helena. I still think that's a character they should never have discarded.

I was in the 7th grade and an official* GH newbie...

I started watching GH full-time around the time Luke and Laura returned. The publicity was everywhere and I was fascinated. I was eleven or twelve.

On another note, I'm not seeing how folks can see Mac & Felicia as 'snoozeworthy' at all. They have a sweet chemistry that made them light up the screen - a quality that is underrated in soaps today, IMO.

I've always loved Mac. He's the last good guy on soaps. I think he deserves a woman who appreciates him and that's not Felicia.

I think the Felicia of the last year has appreciated Mac. I pray Ron doesn't undo that for his nostalgia trip, but I'm not holding my breath.

Mac and Felicia were snoozeworthy in later years, but not in the mid-'90s. And even so, Mac never deserved what Felicia did to him or what he got from Guza.

I'd forgotten Thom Racina wrote these classic '81 episodes.

I'd argue that Dante is the closest thing to a good guy (if it weren't for his unfortunate Sonny asskissing) on this show aside from Mac these days.

Has Mac had a woman that has been completely and totally into him?
