New highs for FV/RC and JFP/JG in Total Viewers......but it was a Christmas bump. Don't know if I should give it to them. LOL

I gave them the new highs even though it was a Christmas bump. Good for GH getting that 2 year high!

Wish they had moved in women 18-49

Same here. It's gotta be a cause for concern that they're getting all these older viewers but hardly in any of the 18-49 where it really counts.

Ironic since the number of male posters to this board FAR EXCEEDS the percentage who watch soaps. I know I like to be appreciated as a demo. Interestingly, many of us do have a lot of disposable income - more than a lot of those 18-34 W.

Me to. Even though it never got discussed, it was one of the more interesting stats. Sometimes a show might be flavour of the month, but the male numbers wouldn't be up for that show. Or they'd increase for a particular show I thought was doing crap! It is interesting to see what men are watching in a genre aimed at women.

While I understand his reasoning more than most, I must admit that I miss it as well. It helps explain increases and decreases a lot more now than ever before. I know the last time I looked at them a few weeks ago, the male demo was a major factor in an increase by GH. I personally would love to see the stats back.
