WTF!!!!!

EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

IA, PP could cast a new love interest for Natalie, even make the love interest a cop, someone fresh and new for the character but I have to think ME has other options if he flat out said no, I think he has young kids so I think he would need a job

Like ABCD should have done for Easton when they brought him to GH. If they just needed a good guy cop to go up against Jason they didn't need to [!@#$%^&*] all over johns history to do it. Too bad they wanted to use that history to bring "John" fans to a new show and then trash it for the latest damsel. Sucks they have to start over.

Might I also add I also don't give a flying fig about the so-called Llanview three. And I'll be royally pissed if this over-blown situation somehow tarnishes the PP/ABC relationship. To think this bull caca can possibly have a negative effect on the future of these two shows is really a maddening thought. This ish is just stupid and totally not worth all this chaos.

Out of all three actors, ME is the one in the best position. He can just stay on GH and play Caleb.

I agree, even if he stays on GH as John. Either show can write in the occasional throwaway line about visitation with Liam.

I think the reason why I could care less about where Todd and Starr land is the fact that they've been in the hands of FV/RC for all recent memory. I have a hard time imagining them doing anything but the same ol' same ol'. Todd and Starr on GH are in the same kind of storylines they'd be in on FV/RC's OLTL, just tweaked to a Port Charles context. I have to remind myself that there are new sheriffs in town, and perhaps we'd see some interesting and unexpected developments for these characters under OLTL's new creative team.

And some of us don't do Twitter and don't have any want to go there....

Just for the record, you don't have to "do" Twitter in order to see tweets.

The deal between Prospect Park is with Disney/ABC Domestic Television. It isn't directly with ABC Daytime, which is part of the Disney/ABC Entertainment Group. Sure, same company, but different department.

And yes I know that...but when I have gone there (purely for soap info or when I get several emails from various sources stating that one of our very own SON members is trashing me there) I quickly get annoyed and get a case of the eye rolls. And I usually fall into a Twitter wormhole and then am kicking myself for spending time there. Blah

thanks for the Easton update, any idea what he will do next? I guess we know what two of them are doing now, just KA is undecided

KA should go to B&B because I don't watch that show.
