I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

oh really, any news on ME, is he going to OLTL or staying on GH? I don't think he is going to be on GH anymore either, but I am doubting he is going to PP and if PP gets Howarth are they really going to insist on Easton and Alderson as well, they got the BIG get, maybe leave well enough alone

RH's contract with GH is for one year, it's expiring. ME/KA have three year contracts.

For the record I would like to see Todd Manning completely and utterly removed from the planet. I think the character is a herpes on the show and the genre regardless of who plays him. Nothing would make me happier to see Todd Manning killed, preferably by Marty Saybrooke. Then his body should be cut into four pieces, carried to the four ends of the Earth, cremated in a bonfire and then the ashes from those fires should be flushed down a ladies room toilet by Marty, Tea, Rebecca, and Viki.

But that's not going to happen so I say let Howarth make his money where he can.

I'd leave them at GH in their current stories and just ask them to cross over for short term stints - John to wrap things up with Natalie, Starr to visit her family. But in reality I think they'll want ME/John back full time, and probably let Kristen just come in and out.

Then again, if the other rumor of the morning is true, GH might have some latitude on those kind of crossover characters.

that is what I am thinking, they only have 2 hours of programming a week, how many characters do they need. And I know nothing but everything I have read says Easton doesn't want to do PP, maybe PP should just cut their losses, recast John and let GH make Easton Caleb or someone else, this not letting the actors work while this is sorted out is so dumb and the press is not helping PP and if Howarth is coming on OLTL, they are about to get some good press, maybe leaving the other two actors to do what they want will also help PP
