EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

RUMOR: PP will start Prod on BOTH OLTL & AMC Monday Feb 18th 2013. Both shows will share the same studio. Rumor says that Both shows will split studio space. Each show will have 2-3 sets up at a time & share Crew. Rumors also say both could debut as early as May 6th 2013.

Time will tell.

I know I have not heard anything. Doesn't mean its false.

There was talk last year in 2011 that PP was gonna have both soaps share the same studio & crew. So not surprised thats what they are planning this time as well. I just wish PP would tell us what their plan is. It would stop all the speculation/rumors.

i thought they were leaving because PP wanted the characters but the actors weren't interested in PP

The report on DC is that ABC is asking the actors to go to OLTL to help relaunch it. ABC wants this to be successful. PP & ABC are also talking about sharing the characters. They would return fulltime to GH but make visits to OLTL when story called for it.
